Septimana in Albis
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(sevenfold in white) is the name frequently given to the first week in Whitsuntide with reference to the state of the newly baptized, who wore their white robes of baptism during that time. (See ALB).
