וּמַקְטִֽיר׃

גִּבְעֹ֙נָה֙

to sacrifice

the high place [was]

hag·gə·ḏō·w·lāh;

הַגְּדוֹלָ֑ה

burnt offerings

ham·miz·bê·aḥ

הַמִּזְבֵּ֥חַ

bə·ḡiḇ·‘ō·wn,

בְּגִבְע֗וֹן

hal·lā·yə·lāh;

I shall give

covenant loyalty

according as

lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā

and in righteousness

ū·ḇiṣ·ḏā·qāh

וּבִצְדָקָ֛ה

and in uprightness

ū·ḇə·yiš·raṯ

וּבְיִשְׁרַ֥ת

you and you have kept

wat·tiš·mār-

וַתִּשְׁמָר־

covenant loyalty

hag·gā·ḏō·wl

for him this

that you have given

wat·tit·ten-

הִמְלַ֣כְתָּ

have made your servant

[am but] a little

[how] to go out

And or come in

and your servant

wə·‘aḇ·də·ḵā,

וְעַ֨בְדְּךָ֔

[is] in the middle

of your people

you have chosen

bā·ḥā·rə·tā;

do be numbered

for multitude

therefore your servant

lə·‘aḇ·də·ḵā

לְעַבְדְּךָ֜

an understanding

your so great

in the sight

that Solomon

do have not asked

for yourself long

of your enemies

’ō·yə·ḇe·ḵā;

but have asked

wə·šā·’al·tā

וְשָׁאַ֧לְתָּ

for yourself understanding

to understand

according to your words

kiḏ·ḇā·re·ḵā;

כִּדְבָרֶ֑יךָ

I have given

and an understanding

wə·nā·ḇō·wn,

lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā,

and after you

wə·’a·ḥă·re·ḵā

וְאַחֲרֶ֖יךָ

you shall any arise

and I have also you

שָׁאַ֙לְתָּ֙

among the kings

bam·mə·lā·ḵîm

בַּמְּלָכִ֖ים

you will walk

and my commands

ū·miṣ·wō·ṯay,

וּמִצְוֹתַ֔י

as your father

then I will lengthen

wə·ha·’a·raḵ·tî

וְהַאַרַכְתִּ֖י

[it was] a dream

to Jerusalem

yə·rū·šā·lim

יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם

way·ya·‘ă·mōḏ

וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֣ד ׀

of the covenant

and offered up

burnt offerings

peace offerings

his servants

wat·ta·‘ă·mō·ḏə·nāh

וַֽתַּעֲמֹ֖דְנָה

wə·hā·’iš·šāh

וְהָאִשָּׁ֣ה

and I was delivered of a child

in the house

And it came to pass

haš·šə·lî·šî

הַשְּׁלִישִׁי֙

after that I was delivered

and was delivered

and we [were]

wa·’ă·naḥ·nū

וַאֲנַ֣חְנוּ

do [there was] stranger

in the house

of us in the house

in the night

she overlaid

And she arose

in the middle

of the night

from beside me

while your handmaid

wa·’ă·mā·ṯə·ḵā

וַאֲמָֽתְךָ֙

wat·taš·kî·ḇê·hū

וַתַּשְׁכִּיבֵ֖הוּ

it in her bosom

הִשְׁכִּ֥יבָה

in the morning

but when I had considered

wā·’eṯ·bō·w·nên

וָאֶתְבּוֹנֵ֤ן

in the morning

he was not my son

yā·lā·ḏə·tî.

יָלָֽדְתִּי׃

hā·’a·ḥe·reṯ

[is] the my son

[is] your son

and Thus they spoke

wat·tə·ḏab·bê·rə·nāh

וַתְּדַבֵּ֖רְנָה

and your son

[is] the dead

and the other

For your son

[is] the dead

And they brought

way·yā·ḇi·’ū

to the other

and she said

וַתֹּ֣אמֶר ׀

and wise slay

tə·mî·ṯu·hū;

תְּמִיתֻ֑הוּ

But the other

Then answered

and wise slay

do wise slay

ṯə·mî·ṯu·hū;

[is] the mother

way·yiš·mə·‘ū

וַיִּשְׁמְע֣וּ

of the judgment

הַמִּשְׁפָּט֙

and they feared

וַיִּֽרְא֖וּ

of God [was]

בְּקִרְבּ֖וֹ
