Yet I will rejoice in Yahweh, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

And the portion shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed [their flocks] thereupon; in the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down in the evening; for Yahweh their God will visit them, and bring back their destiny.

Therefore as I live, says Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the sons of Ammon as Gomorrah, a possession of nettles, and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation: the residue of my people shall make a prey of them, and the remnant of my nation shall inherit them.

She did not obey the voice; she did not receive correction; she did not trust in Yahweh; she did not draw near to her God.

Yahweh your God is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with joy; he will rest in his love; he will joy over you with singing.

Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of Yahweh their God, and the words of Haggai the prophet, as Yahweh their God had sent him; and the people feared before Yahweh.

And Yahweh stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and worked on the house of Yahweh of hosts, their God,

And those that are far off shall come and build in the temple of Yahweh; and you shall know that Yahweh of hosts has sent me to you. And [this] shall come to pass, if you will diligently obey the voice of Yahweh your God.

and I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem; and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

Thus says Yahweh of hosts: In those days [it shall come to pass], that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.

And I will take away his blood out of his mouth, and his detestable things from between his teeth; and he also shall be a remnant for our God; and he shall be as a chieftain in Judah, and Ekron as a Jebusite.

And Yahweh their God will save them in that day as the flock of his people; for [they shall be as] the stones of a crown, lifted on high over his land.

And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them back; for I have mercy on them; and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am Yahweh their God, and I will hear them.

Thus Yahweh my God said: Feed the flock of slaughter;

And the chieftains of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in Yahweh of hosts their God.

In that day Yahweh shall defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of Yahweh before them.

And I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people; and they shall say, Yahweh is my God.

And you shall flee by the valley of my mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azel; yes, you shall flee, like you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah; and Yahweh my God shall come, and all the holy ones with you.

And now, I pray you, entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious to us: this has been by your means: will he accept any of your persons? says Yahweh of hosts.

Don't we all have one father? has not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, profaning the covenant of our fathers?
