Iniquities prevail against me: As for our transgressions, you will forgive them.

The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered over with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing.

For you, O God, have proved us: You have tried us, as silver is tried.

Come, and hear, all you that fear God, And I will declare what he has done for my soul.

Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy; For you will judge the peoples with equity, And govern the nations on earth. Selah.

For the Chief Musician; A Psalm of David, a song. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered; Let them also that hate him flee before him.

Sing to God, sing praises to his name: Cast up a highway for him that rides through the deserts; His name is Yah; and exult before him.

Your congregation dwelt therein: You, O God, prepared of your goodness for the poor.

Why do you look askance, you high mountains, At the mountain which God has desired for his abode? Yes, Yahweh will dwell [in it] forever.

Your God has commanded your strength: Strengthen, O God, that which you have wrought for us.

For the Chief Musician; set to Shoshannim. [A Psalm] of David. Save me, O God; For the waters have come in to my soul.

I am weary with my crying; my throat is dried: My eyes fail while I wait for my God.

Don't let those that wait for you be put to shame through me, O Lord Yahweh of hosts: Don't let those that seek you be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel.

Because for your sake I have borne reproach; Shame has covered my face.

For the zeal of your house has eaten me up; And the reproaches of those that reproach you have fallen on me.

But as for me, my prayer is to you, O Yahweh, in an acceptable time: O God, in the abundance of your loving-kindness, Answer me in the truth of your salvation.

Answer me, O Yahweh; for your loving-kindness is good: According to the multitude of your tender mercies turn to me.

And don't hide your face from your slave; For I am in distress; answer me speedily.
