Now Dinah the daughter of Leah, whom she had borne to Jacob, went out to see the women of the land.

But if you will not send him, we will not go down, for the man said to us, ‘You shall not see my face, unless your brother is with you.'"

Then you said to your servants, ‘Unless your youngest brother comes down with you, you shall not see my face again.'

we said, ‘We cannot go down. If our youngest brother goes with us, then we will go down. For we cannot see the man's face unless our youngest brother is with us.'

For how can I go back to my father if the boy is not with me? I fear to see the evil that would find my father."

Now the eyes of Israel were dim with age, so that he could not see. So Joseph brought them near him, and he kissed them and embraced them.

And Israel said to Joseph, "I never expected to see your face; and behold, God has let me see your offspring also."

"When you serve as midwife to the Hebrew women and see them on the birthstool, if it is a son, you shall kill him, but if it is a daughter, she shall live."

And Moses said, "I will turn aside to see this great sight, why the bush is not burned."

When the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the bush, "Moses, Moses!" And he said, "Here I am."
