(יִחְמוּר, yachmur'; Sept. βούβαλος [but δορκάς in 1 Kings], Vulg. bubalus), mentioned among the beasts that may be eaten in Deuteronomy 14:5, and among the provisions for Solomon's table in 1 Kings 4:23 [Hebrews 5:3].
