Moreover he said

ham·mə·ḡil·lāh

הַמְּגִלָּ֣ה

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

and he caused me to eat

way·ya·’ă·ḵi·lê·nî,

וַיַּ֣אֲכִלֵ֔נִי

ham·mə·ḡil·lāh

הַמְּגִלָּ֥ה

cause your belly

and your bowels

ham·mə·ḡil·lāh

הַמְּגִלָּ֣ה

Then did I eat

wā·’ō·ḵə·lāh,

for sweetness

lə·mā·ṯō·wq.

to the house

wə·ḏib·bar·tā

וְדִבַּרְתָּ֥

with My words

of a strange

and of a hard

[but] the house

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

of a strange

and of a hard

do understand

דִּבְרֵיהֶ֑ם

had I sent them

šə·laḥ·tî·ḵā,

שְׁלַחְתִּ֔יךָ

would have listened

But the house

do they will

and hardhearted

your forehead

as their foreheads

As an adamant

your forehead

at their looks

mip·pə·nê·hem,

מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם

a rebellious

Moreover he said

I shall speak

into your heart

bil·ḇā·ḇə·ḵā

בִּֽלְבָבְךָ֖

and with your ears

ū·ḇə·’ā·zə·ne·ḵā

וּבְאָזְנֶ֥יךָ

of the captivity

hag·gō·w·lāh

of your people

wə·ḏib·bar·tā

וְדִבַּרְתָּ֤

wə·’ā·mar·tā

וְאָמַרְתָּ֣

they will hear

they will forbear

יֶחְדָּֽלוּ׃

Then took me up

wat·tiś·śā·’ê·nî

וַתִּשָּׂאֵ֣נִי

[saying] Blessed [are]

in His place

mim·mə·qō·w·mōw.

מִמְּקוֹמֽוֹ׃

[I heard] also the noise

of the wings

of the living creatures

ha·ḥay·yō·wṯ,

that touched

maš·šî·qō·wṯ

מַשִּׁיקוֹת֙

’ă·ḥō·w·ṯāh,

and the noise

of the wheels

hā·’ō·w·p̄an·nîm

הָאוֹפַנִּ֖ים

over against them

lə·‘um·mā·ṯām;

so the spirit

lifted me up

nə·śā·’aṯ·nî

נְשָׂאַ֖תְנִי

and took me away

wat·tiq·qā·ḥê·nî;

וַתִּקָּחֵ֑נִי

in bitterness

of my spirit

but the hand

of the captivity

hag·gō·w·lāh

that dwelled

hay·yō·šə·ḇîm

הַיֹּשְׁבִ֤ים

yō·wō·šə·ḇîm

bə·ṯō·w·ḵām.

And it came to pass

you a watchman

nə·ṯat·tî·ḵā

to the house

therefore hear

wə·šā·ma‘·tā

וְשָׁמַעְתָּ֤

from My mouth

and give them warning

wə·hiz·har·tā

וְהִזְהַרְתָּ֥

to the wicked

hiz·har·tōw,

הִזְהַרְתּ֗וֹ

מִדַּרְכּ֥וֹ

from his wicked

hā·rə·šā·‘āh

to save his life

lə·ḥay·yō·ṯōw;

in his iniquity

ba·‘ă·wō·nōw

[man] shall die

but his blood

at your hand

will I require

הִזְהַ֣רְתָּ

from his wickedness

מֵֽרִשְׁע֔וֹ

ū·mid·dar·kōw

וּמִדַּרְכּ֖וֹ

nor from his wicked

hā·rə·šā·‘āh;

in his iniquity

ba·‘ă·wō·nōw

he shall die

but you have delivered

הִצַּֽלְתָּ׃

[man] does turn

when a righteous

from his righteousness

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

a stumbling block

do given him warning

הִזְהַרְתּוֹ֙

bə·ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯōw

בְּחַטָּאת֣וֹ

he shall die

do be remembered

ṯiz·zā·ḵar·nā,

תִזָּכַ֗רְןָ

his righteousness

but his blood

at your hand

will I require

הִזְהַרְתּ֣וֹ

the righteous

[man] that the righteous

he shall surely

he is warned

have delivered

הִצַּֽלְתָּ׃

of the LORD me

hab·biq·‘āh,

and I will there

and Then I arose

and went forth

as the glory

kak·kā·ḇō·wḏ

Then the spirit

wat·ta·‘ă·mi·ḏê·nî

וַתַּעֲמִדֵ֖נִי

they shall put

‘ă·ḇō·w·ṯîm,

you and shall bind

wa·’ă·sā·rū·ḵā

וַֽאֲסָר֖וּךָ

bə·ṯō·w·ḵām.

and I will make your tongue

ū·lə·šō·wn·ḵā

וּלְשֽׁוֹנְךָ֙

the roof of your mouth

that you shall be mute

wə·ne·’ĕ·lam·tā,

וְנֶֽאֱלַ֔מְתָּ

a rebellious

But when I speak

ū·ḇə·ḏab·bə·rî

וּֽבְדַבְּרִ֤י

you I will open

and you shall say

wə·’ā·mar·tā

וְאָמַרְתָּ֣

he who hears

haš·šō·mê·a‘

הַשֹּׁמֵ֤עַ ׀

let him hear

and he who declines

wə·he·ḥā·ḏêl

וְהֶחָדֵ֣ל ׀

let him forbear

for they are a rebellious
