Gather yourselves together

hê·’ā·sə·p̄ū

that I may tell

wə·’ag·gî·ḏāh

וְאַגִּ֣ידָה

shall befall

בְּאַחֲרִ֥ית

Gather yourselves together

hiq·qā·ḇə·ṣū

and hear you

my firstborn

and the beginning

of my strength

the excellency

and the excellency

from the bed

מִשְׁכְּבֵ֣י

of your father

you defiled it

[are] brothers

[in] their dwelling places

mə·ḵê·rō·ṯê·hem.

מְכֵרֹתֵיהֶֽם׃

into their council

with their assembly

may I be united

in their anger

and in their self-will

ū·ḇir·ṣō·nām

וּבִרְצֹנָ֖ם

they hamstrung

[it was] fierce

and their wrath

wə·‘eḇ·rā·ṯām

וְעֶבְרָתָ֖ם

it was cruel

I will divide them

’ă·ḥal·lə·qêm

bə·ya·‘ă·qōḇ,

and scatter them

wa·’ă·p̄î·ṣêm

bə·yiś·rā·’êl.

בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

shall praise

your brothers

of your enemies

’ō·yə·ḇe·ḵā;

shall bow down

yiš·ta·ḥăw·wū

יִשְׁתַּחֲוּ֥וּ

the children

of your father

From the prey

you are gone up

he stooped down

and as an old lion

dares rouse him

yə·qî·men·nū.

יְקִימֶֽנּוּ׃

shall depart

nor a rule s staff

from between

and to him [shall] the obedience

of the people

and to the choice vine

wə·laś·śō·rê·qāh

וְלַשֹּׂרֵקָ֖ה

הַֽמִּשְׁפְּתָֽיִם׃

וַיָּפֹ֖זּוּ

of his hands

by the hands

of the Mighty One

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

From the God

of your father

and who shall help

wə·ya‘·zə·re·kā,

וְיַעְזְרֶ֗ךָּ

by the Almighty

who shall bless you

wî·ḇā·rə·ḵe·kā,

וִיבָ֣רְכֶ֔ךָּ

with blessings

of the breasts

and of the womb

The blessings

of your father

have prevailed

the blessings

of my ancestors

the utmost bound
