I charge [you] in the sight of God, and Christ Jesus, and the elect angels, that you observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing by partiality.

Let as many as are slaves under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and the doctrine not be blasphemed.

But you, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Nevertheless the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, The Lord knows those that are his: and, Let every one that names the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.

in meekness correcting those that oppose themselves; if perhaps God may give them repentance to the knowledge of the truth,

traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;

All scripture [is] inspired of God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness.

That the man of God may be complete, furnished completely to every good work.
