And those that ate were four thousand men, besides women and children.

and said, Truly I say to you, Except you turn, and become as little children, you shall in no way enter into the kingdom of heaven.

But since he didn't have it to repay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

Then there were brought to him little children, that he should lay his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.

But Jesus said, Allow the little children, and don't forbid them, to come to me: for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.

And every one that has left houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal life.

But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children that were crying in the temple and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were moved with indignation,

saying, Teacher, Moses said, If a man dies, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed to his brother.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that kills the prophets, and stones those that are sent to her! how often I wanted to gather your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and you did not want [to]!

And all the people answered and said, His blood [be] on us, and on our children.

And he said to her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread and cast it to the dogs.

Whoever shall receive one of such little children in my name, receives me: and whoever receives me, does not receive me, but him that sent me.

And they were bringing to him little children, that he should touch them: and the disciples rebuked them.

But when Jesus saw it, he was moved with indignation, and said to them, Allow the little children to come to me; don't forbid them: for to such belongs the kingdom of God.

And the disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus answers again, and says to them, Children, how hard it is to enter into the kingdom of God!

Jesus said, Truly I say to you, There is no man that has left house, or brothers, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for my sake, and for the gospel's sake,

but he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brothers, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children shall rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.

And he shall go before his face in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient [to walk] in the wisdom of the just; to make ready for the Lord a people prepared [for him].

Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and don't begin to say to yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say to you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children to Abraham.
