And other [seed] fell on the rocky [ground], where it did not have much earth; and right away it sprang up, because it had no deepness of earth:

and when the sun had risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

and they have no root in themselves, but endure for awhile; then, when tribulation or persecution rises because of the word, right away they stumble.

But when the fruit is ripe, right away he puts forth the sickle, because the harvest has come.

because he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been rent apart by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: and no man had strength to tame him.

And he marveled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages teaching.

And he came forth and saw a great multitude, and he had compassion on them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.

because it does not go into his heart, but into his belly, and goes out into the toilet? [This he said], making all meats clean.

I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat:

John said to him, Teacher, we saw one casting out demons in your name; and we forbade him, because he didn't follow us.

For whoever shall give you a cup of water to drink, because you are Christ's, truly I say to you, he shall in no way lose his reward.

And when evening was now come, because it was the Preparation, that is, the day before the Sabbath,

And they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they both were [now] well stricken in years.

But the angel said to him, Don't be afraid, Zacharias: because your supplication is heard, and your wife Elizabeth shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.

And look, you shall be silent and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall come to pass, because you didn't believe my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.

Because of the tender mercy of our God, Whereby the rising sun from on high shall visit us,

And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David;

And she brought forth her firstborn son; and she wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those that are bruised,

And demons also came out from many, crying out, and saying, You are the Son of God. And rebuking them, he did not allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ.
