The hearts of men will give up because of being afraid of what is coming on the earth. The powers of the heavens will be shaken.

When these things begin to happen, lift up your heads because you have been bought by the blood of Christ and will soon be free."

The Son of Man will be taken this way because it has been in God's plan. But it is bad for that man who hands Him over!"

When Jesus got up after praying, He went back to the followers. He found them sleeping because of so much sorrow.

About an hour later another person said the same thing, "For sure, this man was with Jesus also because he is from Galilee."

Herod was very glad when he saw Jesus because he had wanted to see Him for a long time. He had heard many things about Him and had hoped to see Him do some powerful work.

Herod found nothing wrong with Him because he sent Him back to us. There is no reason to have Him put to death.

We are suffering and we should, because of the wrong we have done. But this Man has done nothing wrong."

John told about Christ and said, "I have been telling you about this One. I said, ‘He is coming after me. He is more important than I because He lived before me.'"

I have been talking about Him. I said, ‘One is coming after me Who is more important than I, because He lived before I was born.'

Jesus said to him, "Do you believe because I said I saw you under the fig tree? You will see greater things than that.

But Jesus did not trust them because He knew all men.

Whoever puts his trust in His Son is not guilty. Whoever does not put his trust in Him is guilty already. It is because he does not put his trust in the name of the only Son of God.

"The Light has come into the world. And the Light is the test by which men are guilty or not. People love darkness more than the Light because the things they do are sinful.

Everyone who sins hates the Light. He stays away from the Light because his sin would be found out.

The man who does what is right comes to the Light. What he does will be seen because he has done what God wanted him to do."

Many people in that town of Samaria believed in Jesus because of what the woman said about Him. She said, "He told me everything I ever did."

Many more people believed because of what He said.

They said to the woman, "Now we believe! It is no longer because of what you said about Jesus but we have heard Him ourselves. We know, for sure, that He is the Christ, the One Who saves men of this world from the punishment of their sins."

Because Jesus did these things on the Day of Rest, the Jews made it very hard for Him.
