And it was, because the midwives feared God, He made houses for them.

And the child grew, and she brought him to the daughter of Pharaoh. And he became a son to her, and she called his name Moses, and said, Because I drew him out of the water.

And they baked the dough which they brought out from Egypt into unleavened cakes. For it was not leavened, because they were driven out from Egypt, and they were not able to delay. And also they had not prepared food for a journey forthemselves.

And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, It is because of what Jehovah did for me when I came out from Egypt.

Behold! Because Jehovah has given the sabbath to you, therefore He is giving to you two days of bread on the sixth day. Each one of you remain in his place. Do not let anyone go out from his place on the seventh day.

And one called the name of the place, Massah, and Meribah, because of the wrangling of the sons of Israel, and because of their testing of Jehovah, saying, Is Jehovah in our midst, or not?

And Moses said to his father-in-law, Because the people come to me to seek God.

And the mountain of Sinai was smoking, all of it, because Jehovah came down on it in fire. And its smoke went up like the smoke of a furnace; and the mountain quaked exceedingly.

And Jehovah plagued the people because they made the calf, which Aaron made.

And Moses was not able to come into the tabernacle of the congregation because the cloud dwelt on it. And the glory of Jehovah filled the tabernacle.

And he shall burn it as incense on the altar, with all its fat, as the fat of the sacrifice of the peace offerings. And the priest shall atone for him because of his sin; and it shall be forgiven him.

And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, as by decree. And the priest shall atone for him, because of his sin which he has sinned; and it shall be forgiven him.

Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering; it is the burnt offering because it is burned on the altar all the night until the morning, and the fire of the altar is kept burning on it.

Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, to any man, When there is an issue from his flesh; it is unclean because of his issue.

And he shall atone for the sanctuary because of the pollutions of the sons of Israel, and because of their transgressions for all their sins. And so he shall do for the tabernacle of the congregation dwelling in the midst of their pollutions.

And this shall be to you a never ending statute to atone for the sons of Israel, because of all their sins, once a year. And he did as Jehovah had commanded Moses.

And when a man lies with a woman with semen, and she is a slave-girl, betrothed to a man, and not truly redeemed, and freedom not having been given to her, there shall be an inquest; theyshall not be put to death, because she was notfree.

And the priest shall atone for him with the ram of the guilt offering before Jehovah for his sin which he has sinned; and it shall be forgiven him because of his sin he has sinned.

And you shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, nor of your father's sister, because he has made naked his near kin; they shall bear their iniquity.

And you shall eat very old store, and clear away the old store because of the new.
