There is only One cowboy whose word is true and he is able to save or destroy. So let's just ask the question, who do you think you are?

What do you know of tomorrow? You think so mighty of yourself that you can predict your own future? Cowboy, you ain't nothing more than smoke off a calf's branded hide. You are here for a second and then you're gone.

So let this be a warning, whoever knows the way they should do something and they do it otherwise, they are guilty of sin.

So be patient cowboys. It's just like a rancher who patiently waits on the spring and fall rains that grow the grass his cows eat. In his patience, he watches his herd grow fat and hearty.

No sickness can stand against a faithful prayer. The Lord will then sit 'em tall in the saddle, ready to ride. The Lord is so good that even if that guy has been sinning, all of those sins will be thrown in the brush and forgotten.

So if you've done some things you ain't proud of, go to another cowboy and tell 'em about it and your heart will no longer be heavy. A fellow who rides hard and straight, his prayers are strong and they get the job done.

You talk to God and call him your Father, but he ain't going to cut you no slack. Everyone will answer for the lives they live. So, while your time on earth is short, make it a good ride. Ride with respect toward God and all he has done for you.

The way you used to live is useless to you now. You didn't know any better so you just did what everyone else was doing. But you have a new boss now who is showing you a better way. You were purchased from death at a terrible price that was not silver or gold.

So, pop your dallies on all malcontent behavior. Shuck yourself loose from all deceitful horse tradin', two-faced actions, jealousy, and all manner of negative talk.

There was a time you didn't know who you were or what you were supposed to do. Now you ride for God because he has shown you great mercy in allowing you to do so.

This is how the old-time women acted and why they seemed so regal. They trusted God and put themselves under the authority of their husbands.

Y'all ain't off the hook either, husbands. You should honor your wives. Understand that she is a precious gift as you live together. She may not be as physically strong as you, but she is equal in your new life that God has given you. Treat her right so your prayers will be heard.

But whatever you do, be gentle and respectful. Do things the right way so your conscience is always clear. This way, when people speak ill of you to others, it will be the slanderer who is shamed because of your good conduct.

Don't you remember Christ was nailed to a tree in suffering once and for all time? He never messed up—not once! But he died like a sinner in your place, so you too could have a place in heaven. Even though he died a physical death, he was brought back from the grave in the Spirit.

Don't you remember that Jesus suffered physically? If it happened to him it will happen to you so be ready. If you suffer for the same reasons Jesus suffered then that proves you are done with sin.

You've each been given some special abilities so use them for the good of others.

If you talk good, talk about God and his grace. If you're a hard worker, work hard for others and God. Do these things so God will get the glory. Amen.

So, if you're suffering for doing good, then that means God is on your side and will keep his promise of the reward you will get.

So be humble and God's powerful hand will lift you up in good time.
