So John's head was chopped off

When the sun was goin' down, Jesus's crew came up and told him to send everyone back to town so they could get 'em some supper.

When they had all left, he rode up on a mountain so he could be alone and pray.

The folks found out he was there and sent word to everyone in the county that Jesus and his boys were there. Sick folks came from miles around so Jesus would make 'em better.

Jesus never said a word to her but just kept riding. The lady wouldn't give up, so the cowboys asked Jesus if he would tell her to shut up and leave.

he took the seven biscuits and the can of sardines and gave thanks for them. He then broke them and handed 'em to his cowboys so they could pass 'em out to everybody.

When Jesus and his crew were near the town of Caesarea Philippi, he asked them, "So what do people say about the Son of the Boss?"

Pete took Jesus a little ways away and said, "The Boss ain't gonna let that happen so you need to quit talkin' nonsense!"

"I don't want to start any trouble here so I'll pay the tax that keeps my Father's house runnin' even though I don't have to. But I want you to go down to that pond and catch a fish. When you catch that catfish, open its mouth and there will be enough money for my tax and yours. Ride into town and pay it."

If he won't listen to you, go ahead and take another cowboy along so that neither side will be able to accuse the other of something that was said.

The cowboy wasn't able to pay the money so the rancher told his foreman to go and get every horse the cowboy owned, his horse trailer, his saddle, and his truck and sell all of them so he could get his money back.

So they ain't two people anymore, but rather one. Whatever the Boss brings together no man should separate."

Then all the little kiddos gathered around Jesus so he could pray for 'em. But as soon as they got close, Jesus's cowboys started tellin' 'em to stand back.

The Boss's only Son did not come to tell other cowboys what to do, but to serve them and help them. He came to trade places with y'all and become the Outlaw's hostage to be killed so that y'all and every other person may be set free and live."

He saw a fruit tree on the side of the trail and he rode up to it so he could get a piece of fruit, but all he found was leaves. Then he said to the tree, "You look good from a distance, but when I get close to you, I see you don't have any fruit. Because you haven't done what you were made to do, you will never be able to make fruit again!" Just then, the tree withered and died.

So they took the son and strung him up.

The other folks who were invited were just bored so they beat up the big rancher's cowboys and even killed a few of them.

Then the religious know-it-alls tried to trap Jesus with his own words so they could arrest him.

They didn't know what to say to this so they just left.

They have silver on their saddles and jingle bobs on their spurs, just so y'all will think they are important. They are all talk and no action.
